Creative Ways to Share the Relaunch of your Brand

Going through a rebrand can be a super exciting time, but it can also bring up some emotions. You’re getting ready to leave behind what is probably your first brand and evolve into a new brand that’s more in alignment with your vision and where you plan to take your company in the future.

In order to help navigate this somewhat fuzzy in-between stage, I am sharing a few ways to get creatively share your brand re-launch!

One.

Begin Sharing Sooner than Later

By starting to share sneak peeks sooner than later, you can begin to create excitement with your customers. These little glimpses also help your customers feel like they are along for the journey! Did you get a presentation from your brand designer? Share a glimpse of it on Instagram. It’s important to sprinkle in some visuals along the way, supported by the WHY, so your customers are already somewhat familiar with your rebrand when you launch!

TWO.

Prepare Your Audience

Piggybacking on step one, preparing your audience/customers is an important step when you go to relaunch your brand. This is the perfect time to share the why behind the rebrand, especially in a longer form blog post or newsletter series.

THREE.

Rally your Supporters

Make a list of your top supporters (customers, wholesale accounts, influencers, etc.). Find a special way to share with them that you’re relaunching. They’ll be so thrilled to know they are of the first to hear about the rebrand and can help rally around you when you officially launch. A handwritten note can go a long way--or even a little goodie box full of re-branded items that you can deliver to them! Don’t forget to ask them to help cheer you on during launch week!

Pro tip: pop into their inbox on launch week with a few ready-to-post instagram photos and/or graphics. This makes it that much easier for them to help spread the word!

FOUR.

Celebrate with a Giveaway

Celebrating your rebrand with a giveaway the week of launch is a fun way to bring attention to your business and create extra buzz around your rebrand.

Most importantly, don’t overthink it. Do what’s natural for your brand. Since you’ve worked hard on honing in on your values during the rebrand, you can always revisit those to spark some fun relaunch ideas to create a bit of extra buzz.
