Even though we’ll present one concept, it begins with strategy, a messy Illustrator artboard, and a lot of refinements. But once we have that ‘ah-ha” moment, it helps create a quality brand identity concept for you to love and share.

When showcasing multiple logo options, it can quickly become a “mix-n-match” situation. This is what we call a “Frankenstein” design. We can skip this madness altogether in favor of something much more intentional.

We love this question! Please keep in mind that spots tend to fill up 1-3 months in advance, so we recommend reaching out ASAP to get a discovery call on the calendar. If we're a good fit, we'll send over the contract and deposit to secure your spot.

To reserve a spot in the schedule, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. Depending on what package you select, there will be 2-3 additional payment installations to make throughout the process.

We’re big believers in Asana, the best project management tool. This helps us stay on track and organize files, assets, and feedback. No need to fret—if you're new to Asana, we’ve provided a quick and easy tutorial video to show you the ropes.

The brand identity process is going to go much deeper than "just a logo." With video and/or phone calls and brand homework, we'll be set up to dive into your brand's values, mission, and why. Everything we craft comes back to your message and helps you align with your target audience.
We offer the one-concept approach, which will give you the very best option to amplify your brand's story. The first time you see your brand, it will be showcased as a full-blown presentation complete with brand colors, fonts, and mock-ups galore.
From there, we will refine it to make it just right and launch!
